2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA). When the site is accessed, Vercel automatically processes server log files (e.g. IP address, date/time, page requested, browser type), which are technically necessary to deliver and secure the site. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website).

A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with Vercel. Any transfer of data to the USA is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses.

3. Fonts

The fonts used are served locally from this server (self-hosted). There is no connection to Google servers or other third parties, and no data is transmitted to third parties for this purpose.

4. Cookies

This website uses only a technically necessary, functional cookie to store the selected language (NEXT_LOCALE). No tracking takes place. As no non-essential cookies are used, no consent is required (§ 25 (2) TDDDG).

5. Contact

If you contact us by email, we process your details in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and/or (f) GDPR. The data is deleted once it is no longer required and no retention obligations apply.

Contact form: If you use the contact form, we process the details you enter (name, email address, business name if provided, message) solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and/or (f) GDPR. To deliver the form message by email we use Resend (Resend Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA) as a processor (Art. 28 GDPR). Any transfer to the USA is safeguarded by standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). The data is deleted once it is no longer required for handling the enquiry and no retention obligations apply.

6. Analytics and tracking tools

No analytics, tracking or advertising tools and no external embeds (e.g. maps, videos) are used.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). To exercise these, contact the address above.

8. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg (lfdi.baden-wuerttemberg.de).
